Conditions below. Terms & Conditions: Payment: LAE accepts checks, money orders and cashiers checks in U.S. funds only. Payment of all orders must be received within 7 days from order confirmation date. Credit card orders will not be accepted. Checks require a 7 business day clearance. Money orders and cashiers checks will ship within 72 hours. MA residents will be charged a 5% sales tax unless a valid MA resale form accompanies payment. Returned checks are subject to a $20.00 fee. Shipping: LAE ships via UPS, USPS or FedEx. Please specify on the order from your preferred method of shipping. All orders are securely packed to prevent shipping damage. In the unlikely event that you receive an order with damage, contact LAE within 24 hours and we will instruct you in the insurance and refund process required by the shipper which was used for your particular order. LAE does not make direct refunds for loss or damage. Returns/ Refunds: LAE represents all merchandise honestly making every effort to use accurate descriptions, etc. However, your satisfaction and repeat business are most important to us. If you are displeased for any reason, please notify us within 24 hours from the receipt of your order and we will be happy to refund the purchase price less a 15% re-stocking fee, provided that the following conditions are met: Prior e-mail return approval has been given, return is received by LAE within 7 days from return approval date, items are returned in the condition in which they were shipped and in their original shipping carton, all labels and stampings are intact. Buyer pays all original and return shipping costs and insurance. Uninsured returns will not be accepted. |
